Hi there! I’m Rolawnza Perry, and I’m here to help you on a journey of healing. I’m a Survivor Empowerment Coach, which means I guide people who’ve been through hard things, primarily Childhood Sexual Abuse to feel stronger and happier. I went through tough experiences and Childhood Sexual Abuse myself as a kid, and I know how it feels to want a safe, comforting way to heal.

I created "Heal Within U" because I believe that with faith, support, and simple steps, anyone can find peace and joy again. I’ve spent years healings, learning and sharing ways to feel better, using the strength of faith and kindness. I’m here to help you feel understood, give you tools to heal, and help you find the happiness and strength that’s already inside you!
